This course outlines new look at posterior wall of lumbar canal from ventral aspect going from upper foramen down along ligamentum that covers sub pars area and then IAP facet [ventral] and the interlaminar window. This is new way of accessing ligament and changes causing central canal stenosis, upper foraminal and lateral recess stenosis researched and validated by Dr Gore with help from Dr Hillol Kanti Pal, Neurosurgeon for imaging and Dr Prashant Moolya Prof Anatomy for cadaver dissections.
