Symptomatic Lumbar canal stenosis by smrutii.
This course outlines new look at posterior wall of lumbar canal from ventral aspect going from upper foramen down along ligamentum that covers sub pars area and then IAP facet [ventral] and the interlaminar window. This is new way of accessing ligament and changes causing central canal stenosis, upper foraminal and lateral recess stenosis researched and validated by Dr Gore with help from Dr Hillol Kanti Pal, Neurosurgeon for imaging and Dr Prashant Moolya Prof Anatomy for cadaver dissections. Lumbar canal stenosis is not a lumping together of 3 distinct entities UZ foraminal stenosis [mainly soft tissue], MZ central canal stenosis LZ latearl recess or root canal stenosis. Your Instructor
Dr Gore is in spine practice in pune, and as orthopedic surgeon for last 43 years. He started spine endoscopy in india and has "gore system" from karl storz (R) to his credit. He recently introduced smrutii system for stenosis.
